Welcome to Bear’s Maids, owned and operated by Jacob Sanchez dba Bear’s Maids. These Terms of Service govern the professional cleaning services and communications provided by Bear’s Maids. Please review these terms and service policies before booking or using our services.
Service Policies
1. Scheduling and Arrival
We strive to arrive within a 1 hr window of your scheduled appointment time. Our team operates Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Please ensure your home is accessible to our cleaning professionals at the scheduled time to avoid rescheduling fees.
2. Flat-Rate Estimates
Jacob Sanchez dba Bear's Maids utilizes a transparent flat-rate pricing model based on the square footage and bedroom/bathroom count of your home. Any significant discrepancies between the provided home details and the actual condition or size may result in an adjustment of the Service Agreement and pricing.
3. Payment and Processing
Payments are handled securely through our online platform via credit or debit card. A hold for the estimated amount will be placed 24 hours prior to service, and final charges will be processed upon completion of the cleaning. We do not accept cash or personal checks.
4. Safety and Access
For the safety of our staff and your property, we ask that you secure pets and inform us of any alarms or specific entry procedures. Our cleaners are background-checked and trained professionals who prioritize the security of your home at all times.
5. Quality Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with a specific area of your home, please notify us within 24 hours. We will return to re-clean that area at no additional cost. We take great pride in our veteran-owned integrity and commitment to excellence.
6. Use of Home Equipment
While we bring our own equipment and supplies, we may occasionally request the use of your step stool or external water source for specific tasks. We will treat all customer property with the highest degree of respect and care.
7. Cancellation Rules
We understand that plans can change. We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged 50% of the scheduled service. Same-day cancellations, no-shows, or situations where our cleaning professional cannot access the property at the scheduled time may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service. Refunds for prepaid services, when applicable, are generally processed within 5–10 business days depending on your financial institution.
By using this website and booking our cleaning services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. This includes our policies on service quality, safety, and operational procedures in New Braunfels.
SMS Communications Policy
Customers who voluntarily opt in may receive SMS messages from Bear’s Maids regarding quotes, appointments, service updates, scheduling, billing, and customer support. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out or HELP for assistance.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing services from Bear's Maids. Providing your contact information does not automatically enroll you in text messaging; active opt-in is required.
Bear's Maids prioritizes your privacy. We only communicate via SMS when you have explicitly requested to receive these updates regarding your cleaning schedule or quotes.
