Do I need to be home during my cleaning?
Not at all. Many of our clients provide an entry code or key. We'll ensure your home is secure and can text you when your reset is complete so you return to a beautifully fresh home.
Do you offer weekly and biweekly cleaning?
Yes! We love visiting our recurring clients. Whether you need a weekly refresh or a biweekly deep reset, our regular services are designed to keep your home cozy and clean without you lifting a finger.
Do you provide cleaning supplies?
Absolutely. We arrive fully prepared with high-quality supplies and professional equipment to ensure every surface is treated with care. If you have a specific favorite product you'd prefer us to use, just let us know and we're happy to accommodate.
What is included in a standard cleaning?
A standard clean covers your essential maintenance needs. This includes thorough dusting, floor care (vacuuming and mopping), kitchen surface cleaning, and bathroom sanitization. It's the perfect way to maintain a cozy and welcoming home environment.
What is the difference between a standard and deep clean?
While standard cleaning handles your regular upkeep, a deep clean is a total home reset. We tackle the areas often missed during maintenance, like baseboards, light fixtures, and the detailed scrubbing of grout and corners. We recommend a deep clean for your first visit to build a pristine foundation.
Do you clean homes with pets?
We certainly do! We love all members of the family, including the furry ones. We just ask that your pets are comfortable with new people and the sound of our vacuums. If they are prone to excitement or anxiety, a separate room or crate is always a good idea for their comfort.
How do I pay?

Can I add extra services to my cleaning?
Of course. We want your cleaning to be exactly what you need. You can easily add on services like inside your oven, refrigerator, or laundry when booking. If you have a unique request, just ask and we'll do our best to help.
Do you offer move-in and move-out cleaning?
