Common Domestic Questions
Do I need to be home for the cleaning?
Not at all! Many of our clients provide us with a key or entry code. We’ll keep your home secure and text you once the job is finished so you can return to a fresh, clean home.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes, we arrive fully equipped with high-quality, effective cleaning products and tools. If you have specific eco-friendly products you prefer us to use, just let us know!
What about my pets?
We love pets! As long as they are comfortable with strangers and vacuum noises, they are welcome to roam. If they tend to get anxious, we recommend keeping them in a separate room or crate.
How do I handle payments?
Booking and payment are all handled securely online. We accept all major credit cards, providing you with a simple, paperless, and contact-free transaction experience.
Can I customize my cleaning service?
Absolutely. While we offer flat-rate pricing based on the size of your home, we encourage you to add on specific tasks like inside oven, fridge, or laundry to make the service perfect for your needs.
